On this week's episode Luke sits down with Mark Vondrak and Dave Stokley to discuss AirBNB management! They talk about why they chose STR over LTR, what it's like cohosting in Cleveland, and what the regulations are like there. They also chat about appeasing the AirBNB algorthim. 

Mark Vondrak is the Co-Founder of Host Pros where he oversees the day to day operations of the team. Born, raised, and still living in Cleveland, Ohio, Mark first got involved in Short-Term Rentals (STRs) in 2016 and has since helped build Host Pros into Northeast Ohio's Top Rated Short Term Rental Company.

An avid traveler, Mark has visited 30 countries (and counting) with a couple of his favorites being Colombia, Iceland, Portugal, and Peru. Looking for an easy ice-breaker? Just ask him if he has ever been to a certain country and it will be sure to have him rambling on for hours.  Mark loves being active and spending time outdoors. In October 2022 he completed the Chicago Marathon and has sights on qualifying for Boston in the future.

Dave Stokley, aka the "Grim Sweeper," is a Co-Founder of HostPros and a lifelong Clevelander who has been investing in Cleveland for over seven years. At HostPros he fills the "visionary" role and handles most of our business development. He's passionate about big dreams, change, hustle, the power of people, animals, nature, baseball, Cleveland, cilantro, and sour beer.
